Steven Macfarlane studied Dance and Drama at the Durban Technicon from 1990 to 1992. He then spent the next year performing in various Dance Reviews, Cabarets and Theatre Productions around Kwazulu Natal.
In 1994 he moved to Cape Town to perform in "Julius Caesar" at Artscape and then for the next 3 years became Administrator at Theatre on the Bay for Pieter Toerien Productions.
He spent the following 2 years as Production Manager for "Ratanga Junction" followed by Entertainment Manager for "GrandWest Casino", where he spent the following 18 months.
He then joined APM where he spent 2 years continuing his experience as an Actors Agent and Performers Manager. Steven opened the corporate side of Bluestar in 2001, supplying Buskers and Bands to various venues around Cape Town.
